We want you to be fully satisfied with every training product that you purchase from Straightline Golf LLC. If you are not satisfied with any training product that you purchased directly from the Straightline Golf website, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

The item must be returned in new, unused, or good condition, if possible, in its original packaging and including all parts and accessories to ensure a full refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Straightline Golf LLC – 30-Day Warranty

Straightline Golf LLC warrants its training aid products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. Straightline Golf LLC will replace any product, component, or part that is defective or becomes defective during normal and customary use within 90 days after the first date of purchase.

At its option, Straightline Golf LLC may replace the product with a new product or replace the defective part. If the product is no longer available, a credit will be offered toward a product of equal value.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Straightline Golf LLC does not warrant its products against damage caused by third parties or by abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident. This warranty WILL NOT COVER decals being stuck together due to mishandling during application.

This warranty does not cover products that have been repaired or modified in any way. This product is permitted under the Rules of Golf (AS IS) and may NOT be altered in any way for it to be legal to use.

This warranty does not cover dings, chips, tears in the material, deep scratches, chemical damage, cosmetic blemishes, or other normal wear and tear. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products not manufactured by Straightline Golf LLC are not covered.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION NOTICE:
THIS AID MUST BE APPLIED CORRECTLY. The surface of the club must be cleaned of all oils and dirt and wiped down completely with 99% alcohol. Your fingers must also be cleaned with alcohol to ensure proper adhesion.

ONCE THE DECAL IS FULLY APPLIED TO THE SHAFT, IT CANNOT BE REMOVED OR REPOSITIONED.
Please ensure the decal is in the desired position before completely securing it to the shaft.

WARRANTY RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning products for warranty service. Returned items must be packed in appropriately sized packaging with adequate packing material. Straightline Golf LLC will cover the cost to ship the replacement product back to the customer.

Return Rules and Restrictions

• Money Back Guarantee returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Warranty returns must be made by submitting a warranty claim.
• Shipping, handling, and additional charges are non-refundable.
• We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returns.

You must include your full name, email address, and order number clearly written on a piece of paper. Including a printed order confirmation email is recommended.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–15 days of Straightline Golf LLC receiving the returned product.

Opened DVD sets and digital content are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment. Straightline Golf LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages and will not issue refunds for lost shipments. Please ensure appropriate postage is applied.

Straightline Golf LLC will not accept returns or issue refunds for items not purchased directly from Straightline.golf or the Straightline Golf LLC Sales Department.

Steps to Return a Product

1. Locate your original packing slip or order confirmation email. Your order number will serve as your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Pack the item in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
3. Include one of the following in the box:
  • Original packing slip
  • Printed order confirmation email
  • Note with your Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, and RA#
4. Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
5. Seal the package securely.
